GREEN PESTO
Ingredients
Basil 55%, sunflower oil, water, cashews, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, potato flakes, dof (E575), garlic, pecorino cheese (milk), pine nuts, yeast extract, acidity regulator: acid ascorbic.
How to use it
Heat for a few minutes in a pan, bain marie or microwave. Pour over the dough and mix. Once the jar has been opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
RED PESTO
Ingredients
Dried tomatoes 26.5%, tomato pulp 22.5%, sunflower oil, basil 12.2%, water, extra virgin olive oil, cashews, Parmesan cheese (milk), wine vinegar, salt, corrector acidity: citric acid.
How to use it
